Founded in the 2000 (N.R.P.C.) stands for Naxxar Racing Pigeon Club (Code 023). The main objective behind the opening of this club was to welcome members from the Northern part of the island, such as St. Pauls Bay, Xemxija , Bahar ic-Cahaq etc. fanciers who at that time had no club to join in, other areas where Naxxar, Mosta, Lija ,Balzan. Attard, L-Iklin, and Gharghur. This was established as the AREA of our new club.
The majority of the members that joined this club came from our neighbouring club the Central Racing Pigeon Club, and other clubs from around the island. Our first club premises where in Naxxar. Due to parking problems and considering that the premises where getting a bit to small we had to find an alternative place.
We moved to our present premises at No. 4, Fort Str. Mosta. considered to be one of the biggest and nicest clubs around with no parking problems.
Relatively one of the smallest and youngest club in the federation with an average membership of thirty members, some of which are amongst the best in our game. These members always kept the name of our club at top levels in this wonderful sports. Just to mention one of the best results to be won by our members was during the season 2001/2002 when two members got the lions share by winning all three major aggregates of the federation. More successes where registered by other members during the past years. From these results one can see that is a small club with very good fanciers competing and fighting for the honors. May this fighting spirit keep going on for better and healther club.
